As the Chief Learning Officer, you are expected to have at least 10-20 years of experience in K12 or online education, specifically focusing on instructional design, pedagogy, and scaling impactful learning programs in coding, STEM, or AI. Your role will be based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a CTC ranging from INR 25 to 40 LPA. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You will be joining a global leader in online AI and coding education for kids and teens aged 6-17, with a mission to inspire students to excel in AI & coding and cultivate future creators in the fields of entrepreneurship, engineering, and science. The company offers high-quality, accessible, and personalized computer science education through leading online after-school programs for kids and teens. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the educational strategy by defining and executing the learning vision, ensuring alignment with the latest advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for young learners. Additionally, you will oversee curriculum design and improvements across all grade levels, introduce new learning tracks, leverage EdTech tools for personalized learning experiences, and maintain high teaching standards through teacher training programs. You will play a crucial role in setting high benchmarks for student progress, forging strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry experts, and representing the brand at various educational events and forums. Ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of K-12 or online education, a proven track record in developing impactful learning programs, and familiarity with educational products and platforms. Experience in coding education, AI-based learning tools, or curriculum strategy at scale would be a bonus. Internally, you will lead the curriculum design team for AI, Coding, and Math, oversee teacher training programs, and establish standards for teacher hiring across all levels.
