As the Vice President of Learning Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational vision and driving innovation in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and student outcomes for all programs. Your deep expertise in education, coupled with a strong understanding of modern learning science and technologies, will be instrumental in leading the evolution of K-12 coding and AI education. Your key responsibilities will include defining and executing the learning vision, aligning with advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for young learners. You will oversee the design and continuous improvement of curriculum across all grade levels, introducing new, future-ready learning tracks. By leveraging the latest AI and learning platforms, you will deliver personalized, interactive, and outcome-driven learning experiences. Additionally, you will lead teacher training and certification programs to ensure world-class instruction quality and set high benchmarks for student progress through rigorous assessments and data-driven improvements. Building strategic alliances with academic institutions, edtech platforms, and industry experts will be essential to strengthen our educational offerings and brand authority. As a public voice for our educational philosophy, you will represent the brand at conferences, media events, and thought leadership forums. The ideal candidate for this role will have deep experience in K-12 or online education, focusing on instructional design and pedagogy. A proven track record in building or scaling high-impact learning programs, particularly in coding, STEM, or AI, is highly desirable. Strong familiarity with educational products and platforms is crucial, and experience with coding education, AI-based learning tools, or curriculum strategy at scale would be a bonus.
