Chief Impact Officer

You will play a crucial role in driving impact measurement strategy and framework development for all programs at the NGO. This involves designing, owning, and implementing an end-to-end impact measurement framework, establishing rigorous methodologies for impact evaluation, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring credible attribution through pre-implementation baselines for new projects. Your responsibilities will also include leading the systematic collection of post-implementation data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity, conducting quantitative analysis, and overseeing qualitative on-ground research to provide context to quantitative findings. As part of your role, you will be responsible for translating complex analytical findings into impactful dashboards for key stakeholders, sharing actionable data with different teams within the organization, and authoring comprehensive impact reports to showcase achievements transparently. You will lead and mentor a high-performing Impact team, design and oversee technical training initiatives for the broader team, and manage external partnerships for independent MEL studies and impact validations. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison with academic institutions and research bodies in the field of impact evaluation.,
