As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at EduEngine Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your role involves leading the company's expansion efforts across sales, marketing, business development, and brand growth strategies. You will play a crucial part in identifying scalable opportunities, increasing revenue, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic execution and performance marketing. Working closely with the founding team, you will steer the company towards sustainable and exponential growth. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies to expand revenue and market share. - Leading sales, business development, and client acquisition initiatives. - Overseeing and optimizing digital and performance marketing campaigns for high ROI. - Designing and executing strategic brand promotion activities across online and offline channels. - Building and mentoring high-performing sales and marketing teams aligned with business goals. - Utilizing analytics and insights to drive decision-making, enhance campaigns, and reinforce positioning. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market alignment and customer success.
