Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.

Fund Management & Utilisation

Oversee fund allocation, utilisation, and management to ensure optimal capital structure.
Manage banking relationships, debt structuring, and fundraising initiatives.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Indian taxation laws (Direct & Indirect).
Handle statutory audits, regulatory filings, and tax planning.

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and balance sheets for group companies.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Leadership & Governance

Partner with the CEO and leadership team in decision-making and business strategy.
Implement strong internal controls and corporate governance practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

Educational Qualification:

CA (Chartered Accountant)
Batch of
2000 to 2005
CS (Company Secretary)
Preferred but not mandatory

Total Experience:

20to 26 years
of experience in finance
Minimum
5 years in a manufacturing industries
Minimum
57 years in a corporate finance leadership role

Industry Exposure:

Must have handled companies with a turnover of
1,000 Cr to 2,000 Cr
Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing sector is
mandatory

Core Competencies:

Expertise in Taxation, Compliance, Consolidation, Fund management & Treasury
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial automation tools.
