Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the companys vision. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. Fund Management & Utilisation Oversee fund allocation, utilisation, and management to ensure optimal capital structure. Manage banking relationships, debt structuring, and fundraising initiatives. Taxation & Compliance Ensure full compliance with Indian taxation laws (Direct & Indirect). Handle statutory audits, regulatory filings, and tax planning. Financial Reporting & Consolidation Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and balance sheets for group companies. Provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Leadership & Governance Partner with the CEO and leadership team in decision-making and business strategy. Implement strong internal controls and corporate governance practices. Required Skills and Experience: Educational Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) Batch of 2000 to 2005 CS (Company Secretary) Preferred but not mandatory Total Experience: 20to 26 years of experience in finance Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing industries Minimum 57 years in a corporate finance leadership role Industry Exposure: Must have handled companies with a turnover of 1,000 Cr to 2,000 Cr Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing sector is mandatory Core Competencies: Expertise in Taxation, Compliance, Consolidation, Fund management & Treasury Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial automation tools.

Purpose: 1. Assist CTO-Grease in driving the grease development projects. 2. Independently handle and lead projects on grease development. 3. Guide R&D team on Lab scale & pilot scale product development, product testing and data interpretation Primary Responsibilities: 1. Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals. 2. Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products. 3. Direct the project approach, setup, status reporting and closing, including resourcing requirements 4. Ensure project delivery on time. 5. Manage cross functional team and stakeholders Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers. 7. Foster collaboration and encourage diversity of thought 8. Deliver updates to CTO and senior leaders as per need 9. Ensure all deliverables are met as per Idea to Launch . 10. Effectively collaborate with the product development lead/ Production team on products/processes/experiments/trials. 11. Continue to develop project management skills 12. Lead and train staff and coach juniors in Project Management principles and tools 13. Comply with all Integrated Management Systems and all other company policies and procedures Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals. Document all phases of research and development. Manage & maintain the project tracking in ERP system Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge) 1. B.Tech /M. Tech / MSc / PhD in Chemical / Chemistry, or another related field is required 2. Basic knowledge in the areas of product development in Grease Industry 3. 10+ years of experience in leading and managing complex projects, ideally in the Grease Industry 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Problem solving experience a must 6. Innovation spirit, open minded, dynamic, autonomous profile 7. Must be able to work in a cross functional team 8. Must be able to manage project activities in full autonomy Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time. Candidate should be from only Grease Manufacturing Company or should have minimum 10 years of exp in R/D.
