Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  finalization of accounts

  in accordance with accounting standards applicable to listed companies.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  
• Oversee

  investment strategy

  and ensure effective utilization of company funds.
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance as per SEBI, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
  
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and sustainability.
  
• Present financial performance and strategies to the

  Board of Directors and shareholders

  .
• Act as the companys financial spokesperson, interacting with

  media, analysts, and investors

  when required.
• Provide leadership to the finance, accounts, and compliance teams.
  
• Build relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Must be a

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with at least

  15+ years of post-qualification experience

  in finance and accounts.
• Proven track record of working with

  listed companies

  in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and corporate governance.
  
• Experience in managing investments, company funds, and financial risk.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with

  shareholders, regulators, and media

  .
• Additional qualification such as

  LLB

  will be considered an advantage.
• High integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to align financial goals with business growth.
  

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
  
• LLB (preferred, not mandatory).
  
• Strong exposure to SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, taxation, and corporate governance practices.
