Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Machine Tools Industry Company Name: Confidential – Leading Machine Tools Manufacturer Location: Chakan, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time | On-site Salary: ₹12,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per year (75% Fixed | 25% Performance-Based) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a well-established machine tools manufacturing company located in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, experience in P&L leadership, and the ability to drive strategic growth while managing operations and teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals Lead daily operations including manufacturing, sales, and finance Manage full P&L and drive profitability across all verticals Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team Expand market presence and customer base in B2B industrial sectors Drive innovation, process optimization, and operational excellence Represent the company with clients, partners, and key stakeholders Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering MBA or Executive Leadership training preferred 10–20 years of experience in machine tools, capital equipment, or precision engineering Proven experience in strategic leadership, P&L management, and team building Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: B2B industrial sales experience Knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations Experience in managing mid-sized to large teams Familiarity with growth-stage manufacturing businesses Work Location: On-site – Chakan, Pimpri-Chinchwad (Company transport or travel allowance may be considered for the right candidate) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Machine Tools Industry: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
