Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to drive growth and profitability
• Oversee end-to-end construction project execution, quality control, and timely delivery
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for smooth operations and compliance
• Supervise core departments including Projects, Sales, Admin, Purchase, Finance, and Legal
• Monitor budgeting, procurement, and cost optimization across projects
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including RERA and labour laws
• Drive the adoption of digital tools, automation, and system-based working (e.g., ERP, BIM, etc.)
• Promote a strong team culture focused on performance, accountability, and integrity
• Represent the company in key external meetings and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Work in close coordination with and report directly to the Managing Director of the company

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead all aspects of the companys operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and proven leadership in the construction or real estate sector. The CEO will be directly involved in strategy, execution, team leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring overall project and business success
