Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting functions and play a key role in financial management and decision-making processes. Duties Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations Lead budgeting processes and financial forecasting Mentor and train junior accounting staff Provide expertise in technical accounting matters Interpret financial reports for management review Manage tax compliance and reporting Implement accrual accounting principles Oversee payroll processes Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance Proven experience in a senior accounting role(3year) Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in accounting software (Tally prime)and MS Excel Effective communication and leadership abilities preferred:Male Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
