Your responsibilities will include: Curriculum: - Following international benchmarked curriculum standards tailored to students" needs - Making connections between the curriculum and real-world scenarios - Demonstrating expertise in content and pedagogy to create effective lesson plans - Setting clear teaching objectives and implementing them in class Instruction: - Designing engaging instructions to foster independent thinking - Utilizing various teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles - Providing educational materials and activities in a comprehensive manner, incorporating visual/audio aids for interactive learning - Collaborating with school staff to support students academically, socially, and emotionally - Conducting remedial sessions as necessary - Ensuring students grasp and apply knowledge relevant to the curriculum Assessment: - Administering student assessments as per curriculum guidelines - Recording and reporting student progress, behavior, and development - Assigning, correcting, and grading student work - Monitoring individual student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund.
