We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and a proven track record of successful teaching. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, fostering their interest in the subject, and preparing them for academic success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students progress through tests, assignments, and practical experiments.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
• Prepare laboratory experiments and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of chemistry and incorporate them into the teaching material.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Science is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years in IGCSE, AS and A level.
• International experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts and laboratory practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage students and foster a love for science.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
