Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Chemistry Teacher with expertise in MHT-CET and Board Exam preparation. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing study material, guiding students in problem-solving, and ensuring their academic success. Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Chemistry for MHT-CET and Board Exam (Std. XI & XII) students. Conduct interactive and concept-driven classes (both theory & problem-solving). Prepare lesson plans, notes, and test papers as per curriculum and exam trends. Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions. Provide individual attention to students to strengthen weak areas. Stay updated with exam patterns, syllabus changes, and new teaching methodologies. Collaborate with the academic team to design strategies for improving student results. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment. Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree (M.Sc. Chemistry) / B.Ed. preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in MHT-CET and Board exam preparation. Strong command over Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students. Dedication towards long teaching hours and result-oriented performance.
