Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemistry Faculty located in Patna. The Chemistry Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering chemistry curricula, conducting lectures, preparing course materials, evaluating student performance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments in the field. Additional responsibilities include advising students, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to the development of academic programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and background in Chemistry and related fields
• Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional techniques
• Effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Ability to conduct and publish academic research
• Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
• Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms
