Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation, Develop, review, and refine complex chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI training, Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in the chemistry-related data, Evaluate and improve AI-generated physics content, ensuring it aligns with real-world principles, Debug and correct errors in AI-driven chemistry reasoning and outputs, Collaborate with the AI team to enhance the AIs understanding of Chemistry concepts and problem-solving techniques, Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for challenging Chemistry concepts and problems, Stay updated with the latest JEE Advanced trends, syllabus changes, and exam strategies to ensure relevant content delivery, Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, A minimum of 1+ years of experience tutoring students, Prior experience in the EdTech sector and a strong understanding of the JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies, Strong understanding of JEE Advanced Chemistry topics, including Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry, Proven track record of helping students achieve significant improvements in their JEE Advanced scores, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex Chemistry concepts in a clear and engaging manner, Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and tailor lessons to meet students' needs, Why Join Us Competitive pay (??700-1200/hour), Flexible hours, Remote opportunity, NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to Rs 7001200 per hour (if you work an average of 3 hours every day that could be as high as Rs 90K per month) once you clear our screening process, Shape the future of AI with Soul AI!
