Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Greetings from SGS India Pvt. ltd.!!!

We are actively looking for Chemist at our Manesar Laboratory with Min 3 Yrs Experience.

Key Responsibilties :

a) Sample preparation: Prepare food samples for analysis, including extraction, purification and pre-treatment procedures following established laboratory procedures.

b) Instrument Operation: Operate and maintain instruments including calibration, basic trouble shooting and routine maintainence to ensure optimal performance and data integrity

c) Method Development and Validations: Validate analytical methods for the quantification and identification of target compounds in line with standard operating guidelines.

d) Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement QC procedures to monitor instrument performance, method accuracy and lab proficiency. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards/ISO 17025

e) Documentation and record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of data analysis, experimental procedures, QC activities in accordance with laboratory protocols.

f) Maintainence of CRMs Ensuring CRMs are properly maintained and utilized

**Additional Advantage :

Handling of weighing balance, hot air oven, muffle furnace, Kjeldahl assembly, Soxhlet assembly, crude fiber assembly, pH meter, refractometer, UV-vis spectrophotometer.

Experience : Min 3 to Max 7 Yrs

Education : M.Sc/M.Tech in Chemistry/BioChemistry/Biotechnology
