Chemist

Job Requirements:

• Experience of at least 3 years in water testing or environmental testing or food testing or pharmaceutical testing or minerals testing.
• Candidate should have expertise in handling UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, finesse in wet-chemical testing methodologies.
• Those candidates with M.Sc degree in chemistry will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in ISO 17025 systems will be given stronger preference.
• An analytical mind
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis on UV-visible spectrophotometer, Bomb calorimeter, ELISA, classical wet-chemical test methods etc.
• Results interpretation and proper explanation to concerned stakeholders.
• Managing team of junior chemists by carefully supervising their testing, training them accordingly by proper feedback mechanism.
• Proper documentation as per ISO 17025.
