1. Qualifications:

· M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry), B. Sc. (Chemistry) with 3 years of experience in QA & QC and/ or R&D function in the chemical industry

· Diploma/ Degree in instrumentation - optional

2. Requisite Skills & Knowledge for this Position:

· Profound knowledge of chemicals, chemical processes and testing methods as per standards

· Good knowledge of ISO 9001 management system

· Operating knowledge of Analytical Lab Instruments

· Good communication – good written and verbal English and Hindi communication, ability to interact with superiors and good interpersonal skills

· Ability to think and take initiatives

3. Job Role:

· Instrumentatal analysis of samples received from plant/ customers & inhouse R & D.

· New product/ process development and existing product/ process modification

· Wet analysis of samples

4. Key Responsibilities:

· Maintenance of analytical instruments

· Calibration of laboratory instruments e.g. pH meter, thermometers, DSC, IR, etc.

· Conditioning of columns of GC, HPLC, GPC.

· Execution of projects assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner

· Method development

5. Job Description:

a. Sample Testing – wet and instrumental:

· Carry out analysis & testing for samples received from customers/ plant/inhouse R & D.

· Developing new/modified methods for testing & communicating the same to QC Managers at plants

b. Maintenance:

· Ensuring all instruments and equipment are well maintained.

· Ensuring preventive maintenance schedule is complied with.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
