Technical QA assistant

Technical Executive/ QA Executive B. Sc. (Chem.)/M. Sc. (Chem.) 5-10 years experience in chemicals/ agrochemicals/ paints or fine chemicals manufacturing industry. Knowledgeable about handing customer's queries/ questionnaires/ regulatory services/ technical documentation/ product specifications/ COAs/ test methods/ standards/ Pharmacopoeias/ ASTM/ AOCS etc. Well versed in handling Windows 11, MS Office, Internet search, e-mails, Adobe Acrobat etc. and in office routine and documentation. Conversant with ISO 9001 / ISO documentation Understanding and handing customer complaints/ CAPA Proficiency in verbal and written (English) communication Able to work independently Experience in handling international Regulatory queries is preferred.
