Dear Candidate,
We are hiring Chemical Plant Operators with hands-on experience in handling key production equipment such as SSR, GLR, FBD, Centrifuge, Reactors, etc., for our pharmaceutical chemical manufacturing unit at Ambernath.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor SSR (Stainless Steel Reactors), GLR (Glass Lined Reactors), FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), Centrifuge (CF), filters, dryers, and other chemical processing equipment.
Perform charging of raw materials and solvents, product sampling, and unloading as per BMR.
Record and maintain process parameters like temperature, pressure, pH, and flow.
Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, safety protocols, SOPs, and BMR instructions.
Execute cleaning, maintenance, and changeover of equipment as per defined procedures.
Coordinate with shift supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth production operations.
Maintain logbooks, daily production reports, and housekeeping of the plant area.
Report any equipment issues, deviations, or process anomalies immediately.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a plant operator in a chemical / API / pharma manufacturing unit.
Sound knowledge of handling chemical process equipment like SSR, GLR, FBD, CF, etc.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and in a team-based environment.
Knowledge of basic troubleshooting, safety, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
