Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Plant Operator to oversee day-to-day operations at our recycling facility. The ideal candidate should be reliable, responsible, and capable of managing plant activities independently. This is a crucial role that involves both technical and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery and equipment used in the chemical process
• Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations on a daily basis
• Supervise material intake, processing, and storage
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Keep accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance
• Assist with process improvements and implement operational efficiencies
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams as needed
• Report directly to the management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in chemical, or manufacturing industry
• Diploma/ITI/Engineering background is preferred
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, safety protocols, and process operations
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership
• Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work as required
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of battery recycling or hazardous waste handling
• Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
