Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the commercial manufacturing of caffeine to meet global quality standards. * Oversee technology transfer from R&D to production while ensuring scale-up efficiency and compliance. * Coordinate outsourcing activities for APIs and key ingredients, maintaining stringent control over quality, yield, and productivity. * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide innovative operational solutions to improve output and performance.
