Chemical Cleaning Supervisor

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating teams, managing chemical usage, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead and supervise on-site chemical cleaning projects

✅ Plan and coordinate job logistics, chemicals, and crew deployment

✅ Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations

✅ Train crew members in procedures and PPE usage

✅ Inspect job sites and equipment before, during, and after cleaning

✅ Monitor chemical inventory and usage

✅ Communicate with clients and internal teams

✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure job completion

What You Bring

✔ High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)

✔ Experience in industrial/chemical cleaning with supervisory duties

✔ Strong knowledge of chemical handling and MSDS

✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

✔ Ability to work in physically demanding, hazardous environments
