🚨 We’re Hiring: Chemical Cleaning Supervisor 🚨 📍 Location: Bilaspur (CG) 🏢 Department: Maintenance / Operations 📅 Job Type: Full-Time Are you a hands-on leader with experience in industrial or chemical cleaning? We're looking for a Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and execute critical cleaning operations at industrial sites such as refineries, power plants, and chemical facilities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating teams, managing chemical usage, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. 🔧 What You’ll Do ✅ Lead and supervise on-site chemical cleaning projects ✅ Plan and coordinate job logistics, chemicals, and crew deployment ✅ Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations ✅ Train crew members in procedures and PPE usage ✅ Inspect job sites and equipment before, during, and after cleaning ✅ Monitor chemical inventory and usage ✅ Communicate with clients and internal teams ✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure job completion 🎓 What You Bring ✔ High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred) ✔ Experience in industrial/chemical cleaning with supervisory duties ✔ Strong knowledge of chemical handling and MSDS ✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills ✔ Ability to work in physically demanding, hazardous environments ⚙️ Why Work With Us? 🌟 Competitive pay and benefits 🌟 A strong safety culture 🌟 Opportunities for growth and advancement 🌟 Work on high-impact projects with a skilled, supportive team 📩 Interested?
