• Act as my

  business proxy & strategic extension

  , representing me in high-stakes meetings and transactions.

• Analyse investments, audit financials, structure deals, vet contracts & compliance.

• Handle multi-crore real estate, tech, hospitality, luxury & equity projects.

• Manage banking, taxation, cross-border structures and cash flow planning.

• Negotiate with stakeholders, vendors & investors.

• Liaise with lawyers, consultants, and regulators on confidential matters.

• Travel across India & internationally when required.

• A

  qualified CA

  , recently qualified or with

  up to 8 years of experience

  in audit, tax, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
• In-depth understanding of finance, compliance, structuring, and balance sheet management.

• Street-smart, solution-driven, excellent negotiator

  who can think beyond numbers.
• Comfortable with high-value assets, luxury markets & diversified businesses.
• Fluent in English, well-presented, with strong written & spoken communication.
• Willing to work flexible hours and handle diverse assignments.
