Chef/Cook

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook, located in Dehradhun, Uttrakhand. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals as per the menu and maintaining food quality standards. Daily tasks include food preparation, ingredient management, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and creating a positive dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cooking techniques, recipe creation, and food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is an advantage

Location- Purkul Road ,Dehradhun , Uttarkhand .

• Formal culinary training or a certification in culinary arts is beneficial but not mandatory
• A passion for cooking and delivering high-quality meals
