About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate cook or chef who believes that good food doesn’t come from fancy kitchens — it comes from heart, hands, and honest ingredients.
At RedHill, we don’t run a commercial kitchen. Ours is a homestay-style kitchen that celebrates simplicity, freshness, and flavour. Every meal is made from scratch using organic vegetables, herbs, and produce grown on our farm or sourced locally from the Nilgiri hills.

What You’ll Do

• Cook fresh, seasonal, home-style meals using organic produce.
• Plan and create menus that evolve with the seasons.
• Develop new recipes that blend tradition with creativity.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the small team and train helpers as needed.
• Engage with guests occasionally — share the story behind the food.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with a genuine love for cooking and simple, honest food.
• At least 1 year of professional kitchen or homestay cooking experience (preferred).
• Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
• Curious about local ingredients and sustainable cooking.
• Willing to stay and grow with us for a minimum of 2 years.
