About the Role
We’re looking for a Dining Service In-Charge who can take ownership of our dining area and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for our guests. This role goes beyond basic service—it’s about maintaining a clean, organized space, coordinating with the kitchen, and making dining at Red Hill an enjoyable highlight of each guest’s stay.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the dining area during meal hours and ensure smooth service.
• Keep the dining space clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Wash and manage dishes, cutlery, and crockery when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and efficient food service.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Manage dining essentials—napkins, table setups, and supplies.
• Interact with guests in a polite, professional manner.
• Support the resort team with additional service duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in service, hospitality, or housekeeping (preferred).
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Good communication skills and a guest-friendly attitude.
• Willingness to commit for at least 1–2 years.
