Worldschooling Hub Goa is expanding our Hub approach online. We blend real-life skills with strong academics for ages 10–17 across time zones. What you will do Teach Maths, English, Public Speaking, and mentor real-life skills aligned to our Teen Hub: project design, entrepreneurship, study skills, executive function, financial literacy, collaboration, leadership, and mindfulness. Teach or integrate AI and digital skills for teens: safe AI use, research quality, media literacy, prompt basics, ethical guidelines. Run small-group workshops and 1:1 sessions with clear outcomes and formative feedback. Differentiate for mixed abilities, including neurodiverse learners, and share brief progress notes with parents. Use our tools: Zoom or Google Meet, Google Workspace, our LMS, and simple progress trackers. Uphold safeguarding, inclusion, and clear community standards. You are a good fit if you Are fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication. Have 2+ years teaching or mentoring teens online or in person. Can teach at least two of: Maths, English, Public Speaking, Project Mentoring, AI and digital skills. Have experience teaching the British curriculum (GCSE/IGCSE) or IB or US curriculum. Facilitate discussion confidently, coach mindset and mindfulness, and create engaging, practical sessions. Can work across UK, EU, UAE/India, and US time zones on a rotating schedule. Bring a growth mindset and enjoy working with globally mobile families. Nice to have Teaching credential or relevant degree. Background in debate, Model UN, entrepreneurship clubs, maker projects, or youth leadership. Additional skills: media literacy, basic coding, research methods, and presentation design. Contract details Contract: Part-time, remote, independent contractor. Hours: 6–15 hours per week to start, with scope to grow. Schedule: Rolling cohorts and 1:1s across multiple time zones.
