Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on experience)

Experience Level: 1–3 years preferred (Café / Fast Food / Fitness Kitchen)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate healthy, protein-rich meals (chicken, paneer, tofu, edamame bowls, etc.)
• Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
• Manage portion sizes and reduce waste efficiently.
• Assist in menu development and new recipe creation.
• Keep kitchen organized, stocked, and clean.
• Support café operations (inventory, coordination with serving staff, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of healthy cooking techniques (steaming, roasting, air-frying).
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and grow with a startup environment.
