Role Overview: The Brand, Marketing & Communication (BMC) team plays a strategic role in promoting the EY brand, managing the reputation, and supporting business activities. They design and implement integrated communication campaigns, develop high-value content, and ensure brand image consistency across all channels and markets. Key Responsibilities: - Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns. - Coordinate projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (local and international). - Conduct market studies, competitive monitoring, and sector benchmarks. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, etc.). - Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and budgets. - Manage and leverage marketing databases and CRM tools. - Contribute to content strategy and employer brand management. Qualification Required: - Master's degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing project management, ideally in an international environment or consulting firm. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEA, social networks, automation, analytics, etc.). - Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. - Organizational skills, rigor, teamwork spirit, and results orientation. - Proficiency in English is an important asset.
