Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, located in Chavakkad. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes according to the highest culinary standards, and ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner. The role includes supervising and mentoring junior staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and inventory management.

• Experience in kitchen management and supervisory roles
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in a reputable hospitality establishment is a plus
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
