Job Description

We are hiring a CDP – Tandoor to support daily tandoor operations and ensure consistent quality of kebabs, breads, and grilled items. The candidate must be skilled in tandoor handling, marination techniques, and maintaining hygiene and speed during peak hours. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist CDP in preparing and cooking all tandoor items (kebabs, rolls, breads, grills). Handle marination, skewering, roasting, and temperature control. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and cooking time. Ensure proper mise-en-place, including pre-prep and half-done items. Follow hygiene standards, workstation cleanliness, and FSSAI guidelines. Maintain tandoor health (cleaning, heating, coal/wood management). Coordinate with the team for smooth service during rush hours. Train and support Commis-level cooks in tandoor basics. Requirements2–4 years of tandoor kitchen experience (kebabs, naan, breads, tikka). Strong knowledge of marination, skewering, and tandoor temperature handling. Good communication, discipline, and ability to work under pressure. Understanding of portion control, hygiene standards, and FIFO.
