JOB DETAILS
Prepare various viennoiserie items like (Croissants, brioches, sourdough breads). Ensure consistency in texture, flavour, and presentation. Manage dough fermentation, lamination, and baking. Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards. Follow established recipes and develop new ones. Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting new items and seasonal offerings. Manage and train junior staff, including Commis Chefs. Monitor inventory levels and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean and organized bakery kitchen. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
