What You'll Do

• Oversee all kitchen operations with efficiency and finesse
• Lead a compact, skilled team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
• Curate and evolve our Goan menu with seasonal and regional specialties
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with management to maintain seamless kitchen-service coordination

Who You Are

• A seasoned chef with 3+years of experience, including leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of Goan cuisine—traditional and contemporary
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Calm under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail and quality
• Committed to excellence, consistency, and innovation
