We're launching a new Asian cuisine restaurant in Mumbai, serving authentic and innovative dishes. We're looking for an experienced CDC Chef specializing in wok cooking and Asian cuisine.

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a skilled CDC Chef with expertise in wok cooking, stir-fries, and Asian flavors. You'll lead our kitchen team, prepare delicious dishes, and maintain high culinary standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare and cook Asian dishes, including stir-fries and noodle dishes

- Lead and manage the kitchen team

- Develop and maintain recipes and menus

- Conduct R&D to innovate and experiment with new Asian-inspired dishes and flavors

*Requirements:*

- 6+ years of experience in Asian cuisine, with a focus on wok cooking and stir-fry techniques

- In-depth knowledge of Asian flavors and cooking methods

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Open to experimentation and innovation in the kitchen

- Resident of Mumbai, with ability to work flexible hours
