Chat Process Executive

Position:

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via live chat, email, or web-based tools.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex cases to higher support teams when necessary.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Document interactions and update the CRM system.
Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and quality.

Required Skills

Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Strong comprehension and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask (handling multiple chat windows simultaneously).
Basic technical knowledge (internet, apps, troubleshooting).
Customer-oriented with patience and empathy.

Qualifications

Minimum: Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience).
Experience in BPO/KPO/Customer Support preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Freshers with BE/BTECH/BSC/POST GRADUATES are not eligible

Key Competencies

Typing speed: 3040 WPM with accuracy.
Good grammar and vocabulary.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (UK Shifts).
Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
