Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via chat, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Guide users through booking processes and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain records of interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with strong English communication skills.
  • Good typing speed and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in chat/email support preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,258.86 - ₹31,976.04 per month
