Travel Agent

At Tripify, the Travel Agent will assist individual and corporate clients in booking and managing travel services, ensuring smooth travel experiences. The role involves handling reservations, providing travel advice, and supporting clients with reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, transport, and curated Tripify packages
• Offer guidance on destinations, itineraries, travel documents, and visa processes
• Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and special client requirements
• Provide customer support pre-travel, during travel, and post-travel
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences

Skills Required

• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Familiarity with booking systems and travel regulations
• Problem-solving ability in handling last-minute changes
