Your responsibilities will include: - Searching and confirming travel reservations for customers, ensuring a strong understanding of client travel policy to provide consistent consultation. - Solving issues, communicating effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. - Providing regular feedback to our product, design, and engineering teams for continuous improvement of customer-facing and internal platforms. - Fulfilling all requests regarding necessary regulations and offering industry information such as low fares and tour packages. - Reviewing operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to identify areas for improvement. - Actively maintaining and expanding knowledge of various travel industries supported. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Previous experience as a travel agent. - Proficiency in systems like Sabre and Amadeus. - Experience in the US market and handling group tours. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Solid understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes. - Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters efficiently.
