Travel Agent

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Agent to assist clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, visa guidelines, and pricing
• Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, transportation, and travel insurance
• Handle changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently
• Prepare itineraries, invoices, tickets, and travel vouchers
• Stay updated on airline regulations, travel trends, and promotional offers
• Provide professional and timely customer service through phone, email, and in person

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
