Job Description

Customer Care Executive – Chat Support

Eligibility & Requirements

* Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates

* Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible

* Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs

* No leaves allowed for the first 3 months

* Cab facility provided only for female employees (for shifts between 9 PM – 6 AM)

Salary Structure

Fresher: ₹28,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Experience (Min. 1 year): ₹29,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Qualifications & Skills

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

* Must have strong grammar and no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

* Confident in handling chat-based customer interactions

Work Schedule

Shift Duration: 9.5 hours (including 1-hour break)

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Shift Type: 24/7 rotational shifts with rotational week offs
