  • We invite interested candidates to attend a walk-in interview for the position of Technical Troubleshooting Support Executive (Blended Process).

Position: Analyst

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years
  • Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in chat-based customer support or technical troubleshooting roles.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Open to 24/7 rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
  • Prior knowledge or exposure to the digital advertising ecosystem (advertisers, agencies, publishers, SSPs) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of campaign management, performance marketing, and digital advertising tools is preferred.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Basic familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities to handle workload efficiently.
  • Good understanding of web development basics including browser functionality, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load behaviors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust tone according to the audience.
  • Demonstrates empathy, responsibility, and genuine concern when assisting customers.

Communication & Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback tailored to team members skill levels and experience.

General Role Requirements:

  • Shift: US Shift (Night hours)
  • Customer Service: Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are essential qualities.
  • Qualification: Any graduate (Interns or undergraduates are not eligible)
