We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to provide prompt and effective support to customers through live chat. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat in a clear and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic issues
• Maintain a record of interactions and follow up where necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution if needed

Requirements:

• Good written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed upto 30 WPM
• Problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts
