Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media chat (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Resolve product-related queries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
• Track and report recurring issues to the relevant departments for resolution
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and closure of all cases
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams for consistent brand communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or chat support (preferably on social media)
• Strong written communication skills in English and [local language]
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic CRM tools
• Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
