Role Overview

As a Chat Support Specialist at Flights Mojo, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via chat. You will help travellers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general queries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through live chat by addressing booking requests, changes, cancellations, and queries.
