Job description Job Title: Customer Service Associate International Chat Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon) Shifts: Rotational (including night shift) Job Description The CSA will provide professional customer support to international clients via chat and email, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of inquiries across various time zones on rotating shifts.{Min 1 year of experience in international chat support is Mandatory } Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through chat and email channels. Offer accurate product or service information as per client requirements. Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to support teams when necessary. Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system. Achieve established customer service performance targets (response time, satisfaction, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements. Requirements Excellent written English communication and good typing speed . Minimum qualification: Graduate or undergraduate with relevant customer service skills. Willing to work in rotational shifts covering international time zones, including nights and weekends. Min 1 years of experience in international chat support. Familiarity with CRM/customer service software and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving, empathy, and attention to detail
