Job Description

Job Title: Chat Agent - International BPO

Handle multiple live chat interactions with international customers efficiently and professionally.
Resolve product- or service-related queries, complaints, and concerns in real time.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and effective communication.
Document interactions and customer feedback accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Tech Support, Operations) for issue resolution.
Meet or exceed set KPIs such as average response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and process updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
2 years of experience
in international chat support (preferably US, UK, or AUS shifts).
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat tools (e.g., Inhouse build CRM Zendesk, Live Chat, Fresh chat).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, or rotational shifts as per business needs.
Must be a
male candidate
as per current team structure requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

Knowledge of international business culture and customer handling etiquette.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and quick learner of new platforms.
