Job Description

Chartered Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage complete financial accounting & reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow.
Oversee internal & statutory audit, ensure timely audit closure and compliance.
Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance & government assessments.
Finalization of accounts and preparation of annual financial statements.
Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis for decision-making.
Monitoring cash flow, funds management, and working capital planning.
Review and validate all accounting transactions, ledgers, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
Evaluate and improve internal financial processes and control systems.
Support management with financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management.
Guide and supervise the accounts team as needed.
