Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Plan and organize daily work tasks.

Manage electrical staff, including scheduling work shifts and monitoring performance.

Maintain proper documentation for IMS audits and conduct both internal and external audits as required.

Conduct tool box talks and provide training to all machine maintenance workers on electrical safety and best practices.

Coordinate with vendors for service and repairs of electrical materials and equipment, including sending repairable materials for servicing.

Oversee the installation of new machines, ensuring proper setup, safety, and compliance with electrical standards.

Schedule and plan shutdown maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve complaints from clients in a timely and effective manner.

Supervise electrical staff to ensure safety and quality.

Verify preventive and breakdown maintenance after completion.

Review and approve initial and final work permits for electrical work, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Responsible for fill up material requisition as and when required.

Role & responsibilities

Conduct routine checks on the boiler, thermopac and ESP to ensure proper operation.

Maintain accurate records of boiler start-up and shutdown.

Check CEMS data availability and coordinate with team for in case of problem.

Maintain inventory of the critical parts of boiler, thermopac and ESP system.

Regularly inspect all steam traps to ensure proper operation.

Fill up material requisition as per maintenance requirements.

Maintain record of steam consumption.
